We coordinate all the intervening parties:
Developers, constructors, product consultants, end users, collaborators and suppliers, from a Cradle to Cradle (C2C) approach to promote the circular economy. In addition, we have an extensive team of BREEAM Associate, Passivhaus Designer and Tradesperson professionals.
We promote the Sustainable Development Goals because we know that environmental, social and economic sustainability depends on us and how we envisage each project.

Sustainability management
We advise the client, offer them different possibilities, explain all the sustainability certificates to them and guide them through the best practices.
Energy efficiency
We design A-rated energy efficient buildings and incorporate Passivhaus criteria in our projects.
Eco-design
We design using environmental criteria and take preventative measures, reducing impact during the life cycle of the buildings.
Health and wellbeing
We create comfortable spaces, and pay particular attention to insulation, lighting and air purification.
Local
We value local materials that are environmentally friendly and benefit people.
Waste
We promote efficient waste management during the construction phase and the life cycle of the building, to reach the end consumer.
