Trento MAX execution works have started

Today, the residential complex Trento MAX execution works have started. This is the beginning of a project set in motion by three leading enterprises in the sector: Ingennus, Ebrosa and ACR.

Trento MAX is located in the heart of the University neighborhood, one of the best residential area in Zaragoza, in front of the Aragonia Shopping Center. This project is the result of the common values and the career of these companies.

The building emphasizes its particular position, being located at the corner of the block.   Its composition emphasizes the verticality and the simple shapes of the building, giving the complex a purpose.

Comprising a total of 165 apartments, the complex stands out for its energetic sustainability. In order to accomplish the highest energy efficiency, Class A, the proposal has taken into account from the passive measures; such the orientation and the distribution of the building itself, to the active measures that may have an impact on it. These active measures include a microgeneration electric energy and a Heat Recovery Ventilation System (HRVS).

The final result is a high quality, energy-saving building, defined by its efficiency and with low CO2 emissions. It represents a high quality and comfort to its inhabitants, by reducing energy consumption.

Space is the most important value of the apartments’ interior distribution. The main rooms are sun-oriented and all the apartments have with big terraces that project the apartments towards the open air and provide the facilities with luminosity.

Besides its exceptional location and its efficiency, the common areas stand out: the building is equipped with paddle tennis court, private gym, swimming pool, playground for children and green areas. Commercial uses on the ground floor have been eliminated, incorporating some porches and sculptural structures instead, to cover the natural ventilation gaps of the basement.
